We welcome nine more teams!

We welcome another nine teams to Sweden in January next year.

After the European qualification matches this weekend the nations in bold text have won their tickets to Men's Handball World Championship 2011.

Austria - Nehterlands 31-15, 28-34
Norway - Lithuania 27-19, 24-21
Slovenia - Hungary 27-25, 25-28
Germany - Greece 25-20, 27-20
Slovakia - Ukraine 25-30, 30-21
Serbia - Czech Republic 27-23, 22-25
Romania - Russia 28-32, 37-32
Denmark - Switzerland 32-27, 34-29
Portugal - Spain 26-27, 25-33

Now 21 of 24 teams are qualified. The three last nations will qualifiy during the Pan American qualification in Chile 22-26 June.
