Semi-final tickets will be refunded

Due to the situation with Danish ticket holders for the semi-final in Malmö, instead of Kristianstad, the Central Organizing Committee offers the possibility to refund tickets to the semi final.

This decision has been made in close cooperation with Malmö Arena and Ticnet.

To be able to get refunded one should call "Call Center", +46 775 780 000, and state the booking reference number before 12.00 on Friday 28 January.

There was a restriction if Poland fails to qualify, my tickets would automatically get valid for semifinal in Malmo. So after first iinformations about possibillity of switching tickets from Malmo to Kristianstad I called a hotline yesterday, I was on hold for 65 minutes (!) just to find out that it's impossible with my tickets. Now here's my question. Are my tickets in any way the second category tickets to those ones owned by Danish? Because it seems that way! Is my situation any different? I don't want to call one more time your call center and find out again that the Danes are somehow privileaged. How my tickets can be refunded?

I tried to return them for a refund but it was not possible and I lost out on 2x540SEK (could also not find any buyer). How was that different from this situation? Can you only get a refund when you (by your own mistake) order tickets to the wrong game? If so, would I have received a refund if I had claimed to have ordered tickets to the wrong game?? I am confused, please inform us in more detail as your rules do not seem to apply to all the ticket buyers?
