TV4 host broadcaster 2011

The Swedish TV4 will be primarily responsible for broadcasting from the Men's Handball World Championship 2011.

TV4 will broadcast all matches in the WCh 2011.

- We are pleased that we have now secured the rights to all the great handball championships the next few years and we also had the confidence to act Host Broadcaster for WCh 2011 at home, which will be a fantastic sport and television experience, says Hans Pekkari, sports manager at TV4 Group and CEO of TV4 Sport on TV4's website (Swedish only).

Nu är det klart: Det blir TV4 som blir huvudansvarig för tv-sändningarna från handbolls-VM för herrar 2011.

TV4 kommer att sända från samtliga matcher i VM 2011.

- Vi är glada över att vi nu säkrat rättigheterna till samtliga stora handbollsmästerskap de närmaste åren och att vi dessutom fått förtroendet att agera host broadcaster för VM 2011. VM på hemmaplan kommer att bli en fantastisk idrotts- och tv-upplevelse, säger Hans Pekkari , sportchef TV4-Gruppen och vd TV4 Sport på TV4:s hemsida.
