Färs och Frosta Sparbank Arena, Lund
The handball arena will cover an area of 9 000 sq m. Situated within walking distance of the Lund city centre and not far from the E22 motorway, this arena will be easy to get to both by car and by public transport.

Kristianstad Arena, Kristianstad
The arena will become a spectacular adventure in modern design. It is situated within walking distance of the city centre and central station, and the arena car park is easy to get to from the E22 motorway.

Helsingborg Arena, Helsingborg
The aim of this arena is to further underline the fact that Helsingborg is a town for sport – and both international events and the space offered for everyday sports will further reinforce this message.

Halmstad Arena, Halmstad
This arena will be the obvious location for major sporting, cultural and entertainment events. It will be located within walking distance of the town centre and be easy to reach from the E6 motorway.

Scandinavium, Gothenburg
Scandinavium is the second largest indoor arena in Sweden and plays host to sporting events, concerts, shows and exhibitions, with seating for 12 000 for sports. Scandinavium has been the championship arena of choice on some 60 occasions, hosting World Championships, European Championships, World Cup Finals and Davis Cup Finals.

Kinnarps Arena, Jönköping
This arena is able to accommodate 7 000 fans, and the 2002 World Ice Hockey Championship and 2002 European Handball Championship were both held here.

Location: Adjacent to the E4 motorway, about 5 km from the centre of Jönköping with its railway station and bus station. App. 15 km to Jönköping airport.

Arena Skövde is a flexible multiarena for sports, swimming and public events. Its central location, 400 metres from the town centre, make Arena Skövde the ideal facility for sports championships.

Globe Arena, Stockholm
The Globe Arena is the biggest spherical building in the world. A number of major sporting events have taken place here – the World Ice Hockey Championship, the European Basketball Championship, track and field galas, the World Wrestling Championship, the European Gymnastics Championship. But above all, we remember the major handball successes at the 1993 World Championship and the 2002 European Championship.
